- NA The U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine intends to conduct noncompetitive negotiations with the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut 06269, reference FAR 6.302-3 to conduct research (data collection, supervision of physical tra ining, data analysis, technical writing) and research related support activities.The proximity of this university is an integral part of the requirement since scientists from our facility will travel to this university on a regular basis to monitor the res earch and collect the data. No solicitation document is available. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposals. See Note 22.
