Description

NA The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires Research and Development Services in the Area of Training Land Stabilization on Military Installations. Research services will include the broad categories of 1) Scoping and Evaluation Activities ; 2) Data Acquisition and Analysis; 3) Data Management; 4) Development of Technology Tool, Product Delivery Mechanisms, and Technology Analytical Assessments; and 5) Technology Transfer and Technology Support. The principal products of the research will b e data collection, scientific studies, analyses and models that represent ecological, geophysical, risk and mission processes and their interactions. The Contracts office intends to award multiple firm fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity c ontracts for a base period with four (4) additional one year option periods. Task orders issued under the awarded contracts will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. All responsible sources capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to submit a proposal. Request for proposal (RFP) DACA42-03-R-0039 will be issued on or about August 7, 2003 with a closing date on or about September 8, 2003.
