- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to complete improvements to the existing Sanitary and Storm Sewer Systems at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho. Work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, installation of new collection system, providing proper connections for cleaning operations to the sanitary sewer system, restoration of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, telephone/data to a condition prior to construction. The site will have limited access and the Contractor will have to comply with security measures for entry control. Work is located in Boise, Ada County, Idaho. This project is a 100% HubZone set-aside. The Government Estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bonds are required as follows: 20% of the bid price for the bid guarantee, 100% of the contract amount for the both the payment and performance bonds. The solicitation will be in electronic format only. The solicitation documents will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 5, 2003. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
