- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct living quarters building, totally finished with all appliances installed, electric, water and waste system; concrete curbing, sidewalk and other flatwork; water well; propane tanks with concrete supports and underground service to the quarters building; helipad; engine barn; earthwork for entry road; and landscaping. This project is a 100% HubZone set-aside. The Government Estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This project will be subject to availability of funds. The solicitation will contain a base bid and 5 additive items to be awarded in order based upon funds available at the time of bid opening. The period of performance will be 340 calendar days for all items. Bonds are required as follows: 20% of the bid price for the bid guarantee, 100% of the contract amount for the both the payment and performance bonds. The solicitation will be in electronic format only. The solicitation documents will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 6, 2003. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
