- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be provided upon request. RFP N00102-03-R-0900 will be issued with a closing date of 08/22/03 at 3:30 pm local closing time. To request a copy of the solicitation email to: Cookvl@mail.ports.navy.mil or fax a written request to 207-438-1251. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. The clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 commercial provisions will be included. The following estimated rooms will be required: (4) lots of efficiency units for 4+ months, (3) lots of efficiency units for 3+ months, (5) lots of standard rooms for 6+ months. Rooms are cummulati ve and will be estimated at 20 people per lot. Summer and winter rates will be required for each lot at less than current per diem rates. Awards will be made to the technically, acceptable, low offeror for each lot. A written copy of the solicitation is required to submit an offer.
