Description

The US Government currently occupies 11,621 RSF of space at 235 Tully Street, Paducah, KY 42002 under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, missoin, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
