Description: This a request for Presolicitation offers and estimate of costs for removal of batteries at 12 Aid to Navigation Sites. 9 Each Sites at Mouth of/and along Columbia River, both Washington & Oregon Sides. 3 Each Sites in Puget Sound, (1 EA Tacoma Area, 2 Ea Whidbey Island Admiralty Bay area) No information as number or size of Batteries at each Site.
