Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service contract to provide Orthopedic services at the Rosbebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Rd., Rosebud, SD 57570. On-site clinic day services will be 2 days per month and on-site surgical day services will be 1 day per month. The period of performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with a total of 36 visits. This is a Small Business Set-Aside contract. Request for RFQ-03-114 shall be in writing, e-mail or telefax and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
