Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service contract for a Pediatric Dentist to provide pediatric dental services at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Rd., Rosebud, SD 57570. On-site services will be 5 - 8 hour days per every other month. The period of performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. This is a Small Business Set-Aside contract. Request for RFQ-03-115 shall be in writing, e-mail or telefax, and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
