- Item: 0001 NSN: 2915-01-310-2884PR P/N: 1465M18G04 Noun: SPRAYBAR Size/Dimension: 10.65? x 1/2? Form/Fit/Function: Spraybar is a tube assembly with holes that provide fuel during augmentor operation. Applicable to: F110-GE-129 Engine Predominant Material of Manufacture: Hastalloy X Destination: FB2039 OC-ALC, Tinker AFB OK Current need date is Jun 2004. Please quote your best delivery. A quantity between 35 and 64 ea will be acquired. The actual quantity will be determined at the time of award. At this time the Government?s BEQ is 48 ea. The following quantity ranges for pricing purposes will be solicited. (35-44 ea), (45-54 ea) and (55-64 ea). The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do no apply. Qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 06 Aug 2003. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 05 Sep 2003. The anticipated award date will be 06 Oct 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To: General Electric Company, Parker Hannifin Corporation, Delavan MFG Company First article contractor test required; waiver conditions will be stated in the RFQ. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. Written requests may be e-mailed to todd.windrix@tiker.af.mil or faxed to OC-ALC/LPKPB, Attn: Todd Windrix (405) 739-4346. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. See government-wide numbered note 26. Command Note B: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. Export Control, Command Note F: This acquisition involves technology that has a military or space application. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restrictions, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g., if this is a small business set aside, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors). Local Note H: Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after the issuance of this notice.
