Description

Work includes but is not limited to construction of a single story, 832 sq ft building w/14' wide driveway along w/parking and an ADA space; building to have reinforced concrete foundation & slab on grade, concrete block exterior walls w/brick veneer; sloped metal roof w/gutters and downspouts; mechanical, electrical fire alarm and plumbing systems; HVAC system; administrative office area and mechanical room; painted walls and suspended ceilings; site work includes grading, construction of sidewalks, curbing and relandscaping. The performance period is 210 calendar days after receipt of the NTP. All responsible sources will be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. The solicitation documents will be available o/a July 7, 2003. A non-refundable fee of $65.00 will be required to obtain the documents. A site visit is scheduled for July 22, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. The estimated cost ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. CHANGE ALL REFERENCES TO THE SOLICITATION NUMBER TO READ F36629-03-R0006
