Description: NA This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, test equipment, tools, supervision and transportation necessary to inspect, maintain, repair, provide estimates as well as conducting preventive maintenance services of all manual, electric, rolling grille roll up doors and th e automatic sliding doors located at Schofield Barracks, SB including East Range, Wheeler Army Airfield, WAAF, Helemano Military Reservation, HMR, Fort Shafter, FS and Tripler Army Medical Center, TAMC, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this soli citation is estimated to be on or about 21 August 2003. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 12 September 2003. Period of performance is 1 Dec 03 through 30 No v 04 with 4 prepriced 12 month option periods. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million. NAICS 5617 90, Other Services to Buildings & Dwellings, pt. Recommended IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 MB email ca pacity. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under two separate contracts. Current contractors are: All Door Service and Neil Engineering Company. All Door Service??????s contract is a base with three option years and the estimated contract price is $36,486.00. Neil Engineering Company??????s contract is a base with one option year and the estimated contract price is $208,795.00.
