Description

NA DAHA03-03-T-0007 AMENDMENT 0002 The following changes have been made to the solicitation: (1) Add as addenda, the period for acceptance of offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 65 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. (2) Section E, FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2000) Paragraph (c) Period for acceptance of offers will not be applicable to the solicitation. (3) There has been a change in the drawing previously handed out. A driveway will be constructed from the back parking lot of Building #308 to tie into the front driveway. This will decrease the amount of level I and level II cutting and increase the amoun t of edging due to new curb being installed. See drawing below. (4). The date and time for acceptance of bid packages remains July 31, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. (5) See paragraph 11 on SF 30 instructing how to acknowledge this amendment.
