Description

NA STRUT ASSEMBLY, ENG, NSN: 1560-01-158-5815; Part Number: 70305-02105-043; Qty: 350 each minimum/2,350 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Asid e. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland, Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 180 each 270 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 180 each initially, 180 DACA, with 170 each there after, per month until completion. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and t here is no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released out side the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date state d above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set As ides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
