Description

The work consists of removing and replacing 10,000 gallon underground potable water storage tank and associated plumbing. Work includes replacing: greenhouse irrigation pump in the storage tank; plumbing in Pump house A; potable water sand filter in Pump house A; irrigation system in three greenhouses, replacing and rerouting underground plumbing at various locations around the greenhouses, placing conduit in open plumbing trenches for future electrical needs, and adding irrigation with controls to a shade structure near the storage building. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 234910. Project Site is at the Walter Horning Seed Orchard, 27004 W. Sheckly Road, Colton, Oregon in Clackamas County, Salem District Oregon. Estimated start work is October 20, 2003, and performance time is 100 calendar days.
