Description: NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. Project Name: Round Spring Sewer System Upgrade, Project Description: 1. Construction of approximately 650 linear feet of double-walled, insulated, heat traced sewer pipe suspended in new pipe hangers under the existing utility bridge. Includes removal and replacement of bridge deck to permit pipe installation. 2. Expansion of Lift Station 3 near the bridge abutment on the South side of the bridge. Includes all valves and controls. 3. Construction of Lift Station 3A near the bridge abutment on the North side of the bridge, inclusive of all valves, pumps and controls. The NAICS code for this project is 234910. Contract duration is 60 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. No organized site visit will be scheduled. Site is open to the public and is accessible for purposes of bid preparation.
