Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-03-T-0242 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, SOLE SOURCE (SEE NUMBERED NOTE 22)/ NAICS Code 333911, FSC Code 4810. Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga requires this part to be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer - WARREN PUMP manufacturing ID #3XXX2.5. The requested quantity is for (10) ea PLUNGER ASSY, part number 6408Z0014 to be delivered to Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia 31547.
