Description

CORRECTION: Solicitation No. GS-02P-03-PIC-0023, for the Janitorial and Landscaping Maintenance Services and previously published in the FedBizOpps on June 23, 2003 is hereby updated to inform prospective 8(a) firms that Section J, Exhibit I, Building Information Data form which was inadvertenly left out of the solicitation document has been incorporated in the solicitation via Amendment No. 3. Amendment No. 3 will be posted in the GSA Extranet secured website, located at https://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/gsapbsr2. Contracting office address is hereby corrected to reflect that the office address posted by FedBizOpps for this GSA office, should read as follows: GSA, Caribbean Service Center, Federico Degetau Federal Building, 150 Carlos Chardon Avenue, Rm. 359, Hato Rey, PR 00918-1746, and any questions, response to the RFP, etc. should be addressed to the attention of Wanda Cadilla, Contracting Officer. Firms responding for copies and/or access to the solicitation are reminded that only qualified 8(a) firms who have (1) written certification/verification of current participation in the 8(a) program; and (2) written certification/verification of compliance with all other applicable SBA 8(a) program participation requirements can apply for this solicitation. Requests for the solicitation package will not be approved to contractors that are not current 8(a) participants. Prospective and qualified 8(a) firms are reminded that the solicitation documents are only available at the secured website, and that access to solicitation will be granted only after submission and approval of the required documentation. No hardcopies will be distributed. No telephonic or fax requests will be honored for this solicitation. Numbered note 26 is also incorporated into this synopsis.
