Description

Solicitation RFQ-GS11P03YAP0047. Furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to provide child care health assesment services at 26 child care centers located at various buildings in the Washington DC metropolitan area. This RFQ is for a firm fixed price contract, which can be awarded without negotiations. The procurement is full and open competition open to all sources. Performance will begin on or about, September 1, 2003 and will continue for one year (12 months); there will be no option periods. The soliciation will be issued on or about July 29, 2003 and will only be issued electronically. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Responses will be due on or about August 12, 2003. Interested firms can download the solicitation from the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Telephone and e-mail requests for the RFQ will NOT be accepted. Bids must be submitted to the Bid Activity Room located at GSA Regional Office Building, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407, room 1065, telephone number (202) 708-5961. NO FAXED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The contract will be awarded approximately 3 weeks after receipt of bids.
