Description

This solicitation is unrestricted and issued in pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Program, and issued as a Source Selection Best Value Procurement. This contract will have a base year with 4 (1) year options. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds. PROJECT TITLE: Indefinite Delivery Quantity Contract Design/Build Roof Repairs and Construction Repairs for the Department of Defense. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000 and 3,000,000.00. A site visit has been schedule for August 07,2003 @ 10:00 a.m, at the Pentagon Building. Closing date will be August 21, 2003 @ 2:00p.m.
