Description

The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a one-year contract on a sole source basis to Lexis/Nexis Matthew Bender & Company Inc. for its comprehensive subscription service of print and electronic material which contain narrative analysis, criticism, and evaluation of current legal problems, case law and statute. Titles to be included but not limited to the following: Applying GAAP & GAAS; Regulation of Investment Companies; Anti-Trust Counseling and Litigation; Attorney?s Handbook of Accounting; Benders Federal Practice Forms; Blue Sky Regulations; Commercial Law & Practice Guide; Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide; Collier on Bankruptcy; Collier Bankruptcy Act Pamphlet; Collier Bankruptcy Cases; Corp Acquisition & Mergers; Administrative Law; Handbook for Internal Auditors; Moore?s Federal Practice; Moore?s Forms Manual; Moore?s Fed Rules Pamphlets; Nimmer on Copyright; Federal Evidence Practice Guide; Modern Federal Jury Instructions; Bank Holding Company Compliance; Federal Securities Exchange Act of 1934; Securities, Primary Law Sourcebook; SEC Financial Reporting; Federal Securities Act of 1933; Securities Law Techniques; SWLF Oil & Gas; CA Small Business Guide; Bus Org-Fried, Tax of SEC Trans.; Antitrust Trade Regulations; Weinsteins Federal Evidence; Internet Moore?s Federal Practice; Collier Bankruptcy CD. The Contractor shall provide the information service that is organized and indexed as an efficient research system. Estimated cost of this procurement is $86,853.84.
