Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with EBSCO Subscription Services a commercial item contract for a service to order, renew, claim and provide various administrative services in support of the Commission?s print serials collection. The service shall provide ordering, renewing, claiming and invoicing to over 500 periodical subscription titles in the Commission?s print serialS collections. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which shall be considered by the agency.
