Description
The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the buildout of approximately 9,000 square feet of existing space on the first floor of the historic Terminal Annex building in Los Angeles CA. The space is not currently occupied. The floor of the existing space is not fit for use and must be treated/resurfaced as part of the project per plans and specifications. The contractor will coordinate all access to the building and space with the local, on-site building management. The building is not managed by the Postal Service; it is managed by Yale Properties for Infomart. The work is to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $1,150,000-$1,250,000. This is a leased facility. The proposal must contain the offeror’s overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened.
