NSN 1280-01-187-2149; LTC03189013009; Heater Assembly, Boresight; Raytheon Co.; P/N 3676639-1; Approved Sources: Alektronics; Configuration Control Applies; Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 32 each. Minimum order quantity base year 8 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 85 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 8 pcs. Minimum order quantity 8 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 85 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
