Description

NA The United States Military Academy intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to College Entrance Examination Board, 45 Columbus Avenue, New York, NY 10023, for a student name search providing USMA with names of college bound 11th grade high school students who meet USMA's search criteria. Award amount is estimated to be $26,970. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agenc y requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 611710 and the size standard is $6.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solictiation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effo rt in writing to the designated representative. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two(2) calendar days of the date of this notice via email to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu. A de termination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
