Description: 58 - The Bureau of Customs & Border Protection (CBP) is planning to procure two Portal VACIS systems to conduct rapid security checks at high threat ports of entry. Capabilities needed include manifest verification and detection of explosives, nuclear materials, and weapons of mass destruction in trucks, passenger vechicles, and cargo containers.
