- This two day conference is designed to fulfill the specific needs of Small Business Liason Officers. Several breakout sessions will offer answers to problems currently facing SBLO's and many networking opportunities will be available including a reception on the evening of the first day. When: August 4 & 5, 2003 Where: George Mason University, George W. Johnson Center (Ground Floor), 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, Virginia. Registration fee is $200.00 per person.
