Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the production of SRM - Folate and Homocysteine in human serum. This acquisition is a Commercial Item Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is 90 days from date of award. The NAICS code is 325414 with a size standard of 500 employees. The RFQ, NA1341-03-Q-0699 is attached. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order. The award will be made to the offeror whose quotation offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation is attached and will only be available at the above website. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
