Description

This is a request for quotation (RFQ). Funds are presently not available, but may become available not later than 30 Sep 03. Offer acceptance period must extend through the end of FY 03. Item Requested: Piano, Baby Grand; Kawai GE Series; Model: GE-20; Size: Petite 5'1" frame; Specifications: Finish: Polished Ebony (Highgloss); Measurements: 154cm long, 150cm wide, 103cm high, 290kg, 736mm height of keyboard; Soundboard: Material: Spruce, Structure: solid; Strings: length of Number 1=1099mm, Duplex Scale: Yes. Delivery: FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Delivery shall include offloading and set-up at the Base Main Chapel. Warranty Desired, including 10 year parts & labor inclusive. Offerors repsonding to this RFQ should include specific commercial warranty terms. Evaluation and basis of award shall be price and price related factors, including terms of warranty. This is 100% SB set-aside.
