Description: NA This is a Request for Industry Comments (RFIC) ONLY. The Directorate of Contracting (DOC) Fort Lewis, WA is requesting feedback from qualified offerors on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated documents to perform analysis on samples o f water, wastewater, liquids, sludges, soils, solids, air and other nonhomogenous mixtures at Fort Lewis, WA. Data gathered by contracted laboratory shall be scientifically valid and legally defendable. The Government will consider all information received when preparing a final Request for Proposal. However, any and all changes are at the sole discretion of the Government. This RFIC will be open for comment until 8 August 2003. The DRAFT PWS and associated documents will be available at the following websi te: http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under solicitations after 25 July 2003. All comments regarding the PWS and associated documents should be emailed to Sandra.Williams@lewis.army.mil or WandaR@lewis.army.mil. Only electronic responses sent to the e-mail add ress will be accepted.
