NA Non personal services and materials for the repair/upgrade and re-assembly of VAROC-250 Air Dynamometer, P/N 20090513-1. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Concepts ETI. Inc. due to the existance of proprietary technical data. Solicitation to be iss ued on or about 11 August 2003. Quotes are due not later than 11 September 2003.
