Box 2946, Portland, Oregon 97208-2946 or Robert Duncan Plaza, 333 SW First Avenue, 10th Floor, Portland, Oregon 97204-3495 Request for CBD Synopsis to support the U.S. Army Corps of En gineers Horsethief Lake Project, DACW57-03-Q-0106,POC: Kathleen Seitz, Contract Specialist, (503)-808-4628; Contracting Officer, Ralph P. Banse-Fay, SUBJECT: Horsethief Lake Project. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and transpo rtation to perform operations required to prepare beds for the petroglyphs and construction of an asphalt trail with concrete retaining wall, fill material, cedar split post and pole fencing, guardrail, gate and temporary construction sign. All work shall be in accordance with specifications and drawings. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for DACW57-03-Q-0106 will be available on or about 8 August 2003 with a reply date on 20 August at 4:00 p.m. to the following address: US ACE Portland District, ATTN: CENWP-CT-C, 333 SW First Avenue, Portland, OR 97204-3495. This procurement is set aside for small businesses that are certified as being in a HUBZone, the size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, having a verage annual sales or receipts for the past three years not in excess of $28,500,000.
