Description

Work will require the awarded contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to repair service and hatchery buildings. Work includes demolition, cast-in-place concrete, doors, pre-engineered mezzanine and storage racks, electrical, and process piping. Construction cost range is 25,000 - 100,000. Solicitation package is due to issue approximately August 12, 2003. This date is an estimate. Proposals will be due 30 days after actual issue date. Proposals will be evaluated using best value/past performance criteria. For questions of a technical nature please contact Jim Burby, Engineer, (503)-231-6145.
