The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are nine approved sources of supply: General Electric Co Cage 07482, Tool Sales and Service Cage 28884, Electro Methods Inc Cage 33617, Walbar Inc Cage 58556, Tecomet-Albuquerque Cage 59665, General Tool Co, Cage 96454, Union Machine Co Cage 51992, Sun Country Industries Cage 57613, and Moeller MFG Co. Cage 08244. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 2840-01-200-8831; General Electric Co Cage 07482 P/N:1284M83G06 Rev ?N? Dated 02 Sep 94, Base Year AEQ: 352 each, Option Year AEQ: 352 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 152 days ARO.
