- HEADSETS AND GEL EAR SEALS General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F1353A31890200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a competitive best value acquisition using simplified procedures authorized by FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 421490; Size Std: 100 - Employees. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 CST on 7 August 2003. Brand Name Only. Brand Name Manufacturer is Flight Line.
