Description: The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the final Request for Proposal (RFP), a modified Statement of Work (SOW) and the final pricing submission spreadsheet. These documents are attached to the solicitation and changes have been high-lighted. The closing date for all proposals is August 15, 2003. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) IDIQ and FAR Part 12 applies. This requirement is a total HUB-Zone set-aside and numbered note 27 applies.
