Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, maintain and, repair and replace parts of TOSHIBA elevators in Military Family Housing (MFH) tower apartments at Yokota AB, Japan in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with commercial practice. NOTE: Due to the nature of the services required under this contract, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform the work in the country of Japan.
