- Non-personal services to include labor, material, charges and fees to perform laboratory analysis/testing of samples taken from various locations. Analysis/testing will include; but, not be limited to TCLP: Metals, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Pesticides, Hervicides, Organic, Aqueous and Solids, "F" Solvents, Total Halogens, Flashpoint, Total Lead Percent, Steel Corrosion, BTEX, TPH, PH, Paint Filter Test, PCB's, Total Mercury, Total Toxic Organics, BOD's, COD's, Lil & Grease, Fecal Coliform, Storm Water Analytical Pollutants, Visual Monitoring, National Primary & Seconday Drinking Water Standards, Sampling & Collection, Expedited Analysis-3 Calendar Days, Waste Water & Well Water Monitoring, Boiling Point, TSS, PAH and Disinfectants & Disinfection Byproducts. The location for these services is Public Works Department, Environmental Division, Laboratory, Bldg. 4711, Naval Air Station, Kingsville, TX.. Period of Performance will be: 01 OCT 2003 thru 30 SEP 2004. A complete detailed solicitation will be issued on 15 AUG 2003. Request for copies of solicitation will be made in writing or by fax-(361)961-2394. All responsible offerors will be considered. The solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
