Description: The intent of this Solicitation is obtain Knowledgeable Services to perform a Propulsion Groom consisting of a Quarterly/Semiannual/Annual Maintenance Requirements and Operational Test on the Main Propulsion Generators, Switchboards. Calibrate and Certify Ship Board Propulsion meters. Provide Guidance & Training to Selected Ship personnel in procedures of Propulsion Grooming on two Polar Class Ice Breakers prior to 15 Oct 2003.
