Description

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Cape Matatula, Pago Pago, American Samoa for the construction of exterior stairs and electrical system. The construction shall include the replacement of approximately 200 feet exterior/cliff wooden stairs including the concrete footings and posts with the new concrete footings, pressure treated wooden posts and stairs and all required stainless steel hardware. The project also includes the replacement of the electrical work including conduits, cables, junction boxes, breakers, receptacles alongside of the stairs and the replacement of the electrical panelboard inside of the pump room at the bottom of the stairs with new ones. The entire work shall be completed ready for use not later than 180 calendar days after the contractor receives Notice to Proceed . A bid guarantee, performance and payment bonds are required. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (NAICS Code 236210, Size Standard 28.5 Million).
