- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau MCHB), to obtain the services of academic researchers to plan, collect, and analyze appropriate state and local data and summarize the implications and recommendation for future MCH policy and program development. Each researcher shall select specific health disparities (e.g., asthma, LBW, obesity, injury, maternal mortality and morbidity, etc., or set of disparities) for specific population groups, (e.g., racial/ethic, socio-economic and/or rural/non-rural) for a research focus. The anticipated period of performance is for twelve (12) months from the effective date of contract award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541990. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days from the posted date of this notice through FEDBIZOPPS. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after release of the RFQ through FEDBIZOPPS. This requirement will be award under FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The Government anticipates four (4) awards will be made from this solicitation.
