Description: NIH, National Institute on Aging, Intramural Research Program, RRB/FCU, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Baltimore, MD 21224 intends to purchase on a sole source basis with Dako Cytomation, Fort Collins, Colorado. The purpose of this request is to obtain a custom configured laser to replace the current Model 621 laser on our Dako Cytomation MoFlo High Speed Flow Cytometer. This upgrade will include Coherent Lasers: Innova 90C-A5 and Argon (Qty: 1) Catalog #500-6047;Laser Mounts:Coherent 300, 190,and 170 (Qty: 1) Catalog #400-7766; Installation charge. Dako Cytomation will accept trade-in of Enterprise II Laser (Model 621) which includes power supply, remote, and optics.
