- Description
- Concerns having the ability to provide quarterly preventive maintenance and emergency repair of government owned sterilizers are requested to give notice to this office in writing. The equipment is located within 3 different departments within the medical center. Equipment includes a variety of models and types of sterilizers. Equipment included under this contract includes washer sterilizers, vacuum sterilizers, steam sterilizers, gas sterilizer, gas aerator and instrument washer sterilizer. Equipment may be changed as replacement becomes necessary. Only written, faxed (315-425-4843) or e-mail requests will be accepted. Telephone requests will not be honored. Contract period will be from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four (4) one year options. NAICS code is 811219.
