- This commercial acquisition is for a contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary for delivery of video teleconferencing equipment listed in the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for a small business concern under NAICS Code 33431. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a small business concern, the acquisition for small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to large businesses. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. If the contractor is not registered in the Central Contractor Database, (ref DFARS 252.204-7004), Required Central Contractor Registration you may not be eligible to receive this award.
