Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS RE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. HOWEVER A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY03 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE JULY 31 2003. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43CPX32100100 and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 443112, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. ITEM 0001 Quantity 2 each 50? Plasma Screen Display Unit MFG: Pioneer MDL: PDP-5030HD. ITEM 0002 Quantity 2 each Ceiling Mount for Plasma Screen MDL: PCM 2000. ITEM 0003 Quantity 1 lot Wiring for Cable and Computer for Plasma Installation. ITEM 0004 Quantity 1 job Plasma Screen Installation. If you are quoting an Equal, you must provide the Manufacturer, Model Number, and other requirements prescribed in FAR 52.211-6. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2000).
