Description

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, and material necessary to perform all operations in connection with Project NKAK 97-1003A/B, Alter/Repair Dormitory Bldg 846 at Little Rock AFB, AR. The principle features of work which include, but are not limited to: 1) Renovation of all interior space; 2) Foundation and structural framing within the bounds of the existing building; 3) Replace HVAC systems; 4) Replace lighting and electrical systems; 5) Replace fire sprinkler and alarm systems; 6) Replace interior floor, wall and ceiling finishes; 7) Replace the domestic water and plumbing lines; 8) Replace plumbing fixtures; and 9) All Demolition required for accomplishment of all work that has been associated with the principle features of work. Construction Project Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 236220, company size standard is $28.5 million. Performance Period is 365 calendar days after receipt of NTP. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis, open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). This office proposes to post an IFB #F03602-03-B0001 to the FedBizOps website (http://fedbizops.gov) on or about 15 Aug 03. Contract award will be determined using the Sealed Bidding Procedures in FAR Part 14. Note: Funds are not presently available for this procurement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are made available.
