- The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to TCI Inc, 7902 Logan Drive SW, Huntsville, AL 35802 (256/881-4000) to provide extended hardware/software maintenance support for the TCI E911 system for a base and one-year option. A contract will be awarded to TCI Inc provided other sources cannot furnish this service. The award will include the following: CLIN 0001: Extended Hardware Warranty, PN: TCK-1100-EHW. Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, repair/replacement/upgrade services as required for the TCI Enhanced 911 ANI/ALI controller, workstations, printers and controller/workstation/printer; CLIN 0002: Extend Software Maintenance. PN: TC-1100-SM, to include updates when issued for existing capacities and equipment. Telephone technical support: 7 days/24 hours, with a 2-hour response available for the life of the system at no additional cost.
