- This notice is to amend the initial announcement of July 24, 2003 on combined Synopsis/Solicitation F77TSW31920100. Adding the following: The requirement is for CAMERA HEAD, 640 X 512 INDIUM ANTIMONIDE (INSB) FPA, EXTENDED SPECTRAL RANGE, 1.5 - 5 um, 14 BIT DIGITIZER ELECTRONICS, LN-2 POUR FILLED DEWAR, IRIG-B TIMECODEE INPUT (BNC CONNECTOR), EXTERNAL SYNC (BNC CONNECTOR & IRIG), PARALLEL LVDS OUTPUT, FIBEROPTIC OUTPUT (LC CONNECTORS), SUPERFRAME CAPABILITY. INDIGO SYSTEMS P/N: 420-0026-00IAS OR EQUAL. SERVER, ELECTRONICS, RDAS BACKEND, INDIGO SYSTEMS P/N: 423-0003-00IAS OR EQUAL. IMAGING UPDATE, RDAS, INDIGO SYSTEMS P/N: 423-0004-01D OR EQUAL. IMAGING UPDATE, RDAS, INDIGO SYSTEMS P/N: 423-0004-01D OR EQUAL. These items are to be delivered FOB Destination to Eglin Air Force Base on or before 30-September-03. All other terms and conditions of the original announcement remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL, 46th Test Wing, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, for the purchase of four Cryo-cooled and one LN2 camera heads and associated software. This requirement is a set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333315 with a small business size standard of 500. The reference number is F77TSW31920100, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for ALL NEW PARTS. No USED OR REFURBISH. We require the following specifications: LARGE FORMAT MWIR CAMERA. SENSOR: IR FOCALPLANE ARRAY (FPA). OPTICS: FILTERING CAPABILITY. ELECTRONICS: SUPERFRAME. DATA INPUT/OUTPUT: RAW DATA. SYSTEM MISC. OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE: 0 TO 50 DEG C. STORAGE TEMPERATURE RANGE: -20 TO 100 DEG C. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: COMPLETE SYSTEM SHALL BE OPERATED FROM A SINGLE 28 VDC POWER SUPPLY. SIZE: FPA, DEWARS, CRYO-COOLERS, AND OPTICS SHALL FIT IN A BOX THAT IS 6"H X 5"W X 15"L WITH THE OPTICAL AXIS RUNNING LENGTH-WISE.
