- NA This facility will be a one-story, concrete slab on grade structure, 60 feet x 81 feet 8 inches (4900 SF), with a pre-engineered metal building frame, metal roof, and exterior masonry on the walls with metal siding in the gables. All interior walls will b e steel stud and painted gypsum board construction. Solid core wood doors and hollow metal frames will be used in on the interior. Flooring will consist of carpet in the classrooms and offices. VCT or sealed concrete with vinyl base elsewhere. Other wo rk includes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and gravel lot and fence. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 240 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This solic itation is 100% set-aside for Hub Zone. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 236220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
