- NA EXERCISE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: On behalf of the U. S. Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, the Defense Contracting Command-Washington is seeking potential contractors, who can provide Technical Support to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3 Operations and Contin gency Plans Division and secondary support to the Military Support and Mobilizations Divisions. The contractor provides support to the Army staff agencies and Major Army Commands (MACOMs) in designing, planning, controlling, evaluating, analyzing, executin g and reporting the Armys exercise participation in Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), MACOM and Army unilateral exercise. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year options. All responsible sources are invited, at no cost to the Government, to provide technical information for a capability evaluation. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. The purpose of this request for information is to identify companies with the resources and capabilities to support this requirement. This Sources Sought/Market Research shall not be construed as a request for proposal. The Government does not intend to awar d a contract from the results of this Sources Sought. There is no solicitation document. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
